Head of Digital Transformation

We are seeking an exceptional Head of Digital Transformation to lead and deliver our digital transformation agenda, driving programmes that improve patient experience, staff engagement, operational efficiency, clinical effectiveness and information security. Depending on experience Working closely with the CIO, executive leaders, clinical teams and external partners, you will lead a portfolio of strategic transformation programmes, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable benefits across the organisation. You will help our teams embrace change, optimise processes and realise the full value of digital innovation. Lead a portfolio of digital and technology-enabled transformation programmes. Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps and delivery plans. Drive organisational change, engagement and user adoption. Establish effective programme governance and executive reporting. Work with stakeholders to improve services and redesign processes. Lead the evaluation, implementation and adoption of AI-enabled capabilities. Ensure information governance, cybersecurity and compliance requirements are embedded in all initiatives. Manage supplier relationships and technology procurement activities. Track benefits realisation and ensure successful operational handover of new services. Coach and support colleagues, helping to build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Experience managing complex programme portfolios and budgets. Experience engaging with senior executives and clinical stakeholders. Strong supplier and contract management experience. Proven ability to develop compelling business cases and strategic proposals. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience driving adoption of new systems, processes and ways of working. Experience within healthcare, hospitals, hospices or regulated environments. You are a highly motivated transformation professional with a strong track record of delivering complex business and digital change programmes. Significant experience leading large-scale digital transformation programmes. Experience delivering technology-enabled organisational change.
