This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered nurse with a minimum of five years' oncology experience, a recognised SACT qualification, and proven leadership skills to contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred cancer care within a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary team. Main duties of the job As Junior Sister/Charge Nurse, you will support the Unit manager in the day-to-day operational management of the Oncology Department. You will act as a clinical role model, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, safety, and service delivery are maintained. The successful candidate will provide professional leadership, support staff development, coordinate clinical activities, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of oncology services. You will work closely with consultants, allied health professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive exceptional care throughout their cancer treatment journey.
